CHESTER SPRINGS PARTY BARN

This 58′ x 42′ bank barn in Chester Springs, PA, was reconstructed by B&D Builders in the fall of 2020. The lower level consists of a full kitchen, pool room, and restrooms. A spiral staircase takes you to the second floor, which has a spacious recreational area and a full bar. An attached wing includes a family room, master bedroom, and master bath, with a small loft with bunk beds above the bedroom. The perfect ambient glow is created by color-changing eave lighting and uplighting around the perimeter of the barn.
